Andrea is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). 

She obtained her master’s degree from Gonzaga University in 2020. During her previous 10 years in healthcare, she worked in acute psychiatry caring for patients of all ages. She has experience in medication management for the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and PTSD in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Andrea values a patient-centered approach to healthcare and will work with clients to develop successful interventions by utilizing evidence-based techniques and integrating healthy approaches to lifestyle changes. Andrea believes that the most successful treatment outcomes result from a collaboration between patient and practitioner.

Allison is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She obtained her master’s degree from Gonzaga University. During her eight years of acute- care experience working in psychiatry at Billings Clinic, she participated in forming the Psychiatric Stabilization Unit and worked on the in-patient units providing therapeutic care to patients across the lifespan. She has broad experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and suicide risk assessment and management.

She is passionate about increasing access to mental health care, providing quality, compassionate, and holistic mental health services, and being a mental health advocate to reduce the stigma around mental illness. She is trained to assess, diagnose and treat mental health disorders comprehensively. She uses an evidence-based approach to treatment while tailoring care plans to each patient’s unique needs. Allison’s practice approach utilizes the recovery model, which encourages patients to be active participants in their care, treatment goals and in creating their individualized idea of recovery. Allison values the whole-person, patient-centered approach to healthcare and will work with clients to develop successful interventions to meet each client’s needs.

Beth McGillvray, LCSW

Beth McGillvray is a Licensed Clinical Social worker, LCSW, with a masters degree from Walla Walla University- Billings. Beth has worked in the mental health community in Billings for the last 15 years, including work with severe mental health diagnosis, youth, elderly, and in the medical setting. This experience has led to an eclectic use of tools and approaches for helping people on a personalized level. Beth has been trained on Ketamine Assisted Therapy ( KAP) from the Polaris Insight Center, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from The Beck Institute. She also utilizes her  certification in Mindfulness, and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART). Through evidence based practices she aims to help others utilize their own unique strengths to create a healthier, more serving life. Beth’s passion is in people and helping to tap into one’s autonomy to get back to living in an authentic way. Outside of work Beth enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors, listening to music, and playing hockey.
